Introducing Sacha At the heart of Clarity Training is Sacha Wanda, a passionate educator and advocate for building safer, more compassionate communities. With over 20 years of experience as a trainer, Sacha has dedicated his career to equipping people with life-saving skills and the confidence to act decisively in critical moments. Sacha’s journey is defined by resilience, dedication, and purpose. His experience spans crisis support at Lifeline, peer counselling, mentoring youth and supporting adult from all backgrounds, and volunteering abroad in capacity-building and community development roles. He has also helped develop various mental health emergency programs, offering expert feedback and working with various Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to refine their first aid training material. Sacha combines these insights with a warm, relatable teaching style that participants consistently describe as relaxed, engaging, and impactful.

Over the past decade, Sacha has facilitated courses for an array of high-profile organisations across Australia. In total, he has delivered training to an estimated 15,000 individuals, covering topics such as mental health first aid, Physical first aid, Psychological first aid, delivering domestic and family violence awareness, Work health and safety and Health and Safety Respresentative training.
